Ellectra Shock #86​​

I first heard about roller derby when the movie “Whip It” was being filmed in the town I was living in. I was intrigued and wanted to join a league, but wasn't able to at that time. Finally, years later, I made the decision to join CKRD and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I have a very supportive family, my husband also skates and my three kids are always at practice with us! I really enjoy the athleticism and competition that roller derby provides, and I like how fun and empowering it is too, but most of all, I love all of the amazing people I've met since joining the team. I think you really discover what you are capable of while training for roller derby! Put on some skates and you might surprise yourself!
